The San Diego Directory
A key component of The Patriots Connection is the San Diego Directory, which is a listing of trusted and effective Organizations of Distinction in San Diego County that address the continuing needs of local military and veteran families.
TPC thoroughly evaluates organizations on essential criteria to determine their effectiveness, and use of best practices. Organizations of Distinction meeting these standards are included in the San Diego Directory. All nonprofits listed in the San Diego Directory are eligible to apply for grants from The Patriots Connection.
The Patriots Connection strives to support military and veteran families by raising awareness of their ongoing needs and supporting the best local nonprofits that exist to serve them.
When donors come together through The Patriots Connection, community needs can be addressed with greater impact. We are better when we work together to address the needs of our heroes.
