40^th Anniversary Event

This event will be held completely outdoors.

At this time masks will not be required as the event is outside and will provide for social distancing between guests.

At this time vaccination proof will not be required. We ask that all individuals not fully vaccinated remain masked for the duration of the event unless actively eating or drinking.

Yes, the event will be at capacity with 300 guests. This is the number of guests RSF Foundation and The Inn feel comfortable with being able to provide ample social distancing and safety. With this capacity means that we will not allow individuals who did not RSVP and purchase tickets in advance to attend the event.

No, this event is by invitation only due to our capacity limits.

Food will be served to guests by Inn staff that will be wearing masks. Guests will not be required to touch any food until it is served on their plate.

Yes, the tables will be spaced apart on the two croquet lawns allowing for social distancing. Tables will also be at lower capacity and only set up for six guests to allow distancing between chairs.

We will provide contactless interactions as much as possible. There will be no exchange of materials at registration or throughout the event. All materials will be found at the tables and will be individually packaged.

Unfortunately, we can only allow one representative from each invited nonprofit due to capacity constraints.

In honor of Christy’s work and dedication to the Foundation, we are inviting guests to contribute to the Community Impact Fund in her honor. We are sharing this giving opportunity with our guests who would like to help recognize Christy for her almost 25 years of service to the community and Foundation.

Business or cocktail attire. Please note that the majority of the event will be held on the croquet lawns so we encourage guests to wear shoes that are sensible for grass.

Valet is available at the Inn and there is also street parking throughout the neighborhood.

Yes, there will be hors d’oeuvres and a hosted bar available.

The event opens at 4:00 p.m. and the program will begin at 5:00 p.m. Please allow yourself enough time to park, check in at registration, and get food and drink before the program begins.

You may purchase tickets online or return the enclosed RSVP card that was mailed with your invitation.

We ask that all tickets are purchased and/or RSVP cards are returned no later than Friday, October 8. Unfortunately, we cannot accept payment at the door so tickets will need to be purchased in advance, ahead of the RSVP deadline.
