When your fund is opened, our staff is always available to help you with any aspect of your charitable giving. This can include philanthropic research on organizations and interest areas, setting up site visits, and meeting with you to discuss your charitable giving goals.
DonorCentral
DonorCentral is a confidential online donor portal that allows you to view your current fund balance, review records of gifts to your fund and grants from your fund and make grant recommendations. After funds are received, you will receive a welcome email from Rancho Santa Fe Foundation with instructions on how to sign into DonorCentral. Please note that your Blackbaud ID is the email address you provide to the Foundation.
Fund Statements
Fund Status Reports are available on your DonorCentral portal. They are generally available by the 15 th day of the month following the quarter end. You may check the balance of your fund at any time by logging into DonorCentral with your Blackbaud ID and password or calling the Foundation at 858-756-6557.
Investment Performance
The Investment Committee of the Rancho Santa Fe Foundation Board of Directors makes asset allocation decisions for the Managed Pool of assets at the Foundation. This diversified portfolio is invested in indexed mutual funds at The Vanguard Group. The Managed Pool is designed to support a distribution rate of 5%, while at the same time increasing the value of the corpus at a rate greater than inflation, net of grant distributions and expenses.
